Grievances can be registered with the concern department online through Web Portal (https://samadhan.jk.gov.in), Mobile application (Android and iOS) as well as by post or by hand/in person, from the public and through Toll Free no. 1905.

The grievances can be lodged online on Web Portal (https://samadhan.jk.gov.in), Mobile Application (Android and iOS) and In cases where internet facility is not available or even otherwise, the citizen I s free to send her/his grievance by Post. There is no prescribed format. However the application must clearly mention the Name, Complete Address and Contact No of the Applicant.The grievance may be written on any plain sheet of paper and addressed to Department of Public Grievances.
The grievance can also be filled through the Toll Free No. (1905).

The grievance is acknowledged online or by post. A unique registration number is given to each grievance ad it will directly forwarded to concern department.

The grievance may be tracked on the Web Portal (https://samadhan.jk.gov.in) and click on Grievance > check status link.

The grievances are electronically forwarded to the concerned Department. Every Department has designated a Nodal Officer(s) for Redressal of grievances pertaining to that particular Department.

Yes, In such situations, the citizen will have to lodge Appeal in reference to the closed grievance if the user is not satisfied with the resolution.

  3. Service Matters.
  4. RTI Matters
  5. Anything that impacts security and territorial integrity of the country or friendly relations with other countries.
